2.2 Jurisdiction. The vviph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vviph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vviph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify vviph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). vviph may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your vviph account at any time by contacting customer support. vviph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vviph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card (Visa / Mastercard). vviph does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. vviph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC verification. vviph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the vviph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your vviph account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. vviph does not pay interest on player account balances.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vviph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players.
5.1 vviph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. 5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

10.2 vviph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 vviph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vviph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vviph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 vviph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vviph Platform shall first be submitted to vviph's customer support team for informal resolution. vviph will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent vviph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
